I have been a real estate broker in the state of Florida for over 40 years. While I am officially now 'retired', I am still trying to stay active in the Real Estate business. Please check out my site and let me know if I can be of any assistance to you.

Current Activities

I am currently providing notary services for closings. Primarily these are for financial closing and refinancing issues. I also provide fair market appraisal services.

Previous Experience

• I am the previous owner of Chuck Willis Realty, Inc located in Satellite Beach from the late 1970's to the early 1990's. I sold this business and moved to North Florida.
• In North Florida I opened Willis Real Estate in Keystone Heights. This was a full service real estate office, until I sold it to my son, Brian Willis.  Brian changed the name to Willis Real Estate Group and now specializes in Property Management.
